In the past, PC-DNC Plus and PC-DNC Editor were sold & serviced nationwide by Refresh Your Memory, Inc. (San Jose, CA).   Since RYM has decided to longer sell or support these products, Suburban Machinery Software now offers support to former RYM customers directly.   Users of PC-DNC Editor and PC-DNC Plus can now obtain software updates, technical support and license transfers directly from Suburban Machinery Software, Inc.    Questions about our services can be sent to suburbanmachinery@gmail.com

 

We charge only a modest fee for phone and email support, and we also offer a very effective "Remote access" service for those customers who have Internet access on their PCs.    A one year, three year, and five year service contract is also available for all our products, which covers all issues relating directly to that product, such as re-installing on a new PC, diagnosing communications issues, or helping you configure your system.

As always, we will not charge licensed customers for software updates.  The latest versions of PC-DNC Plus and PC-DNC Editor are posted on our website as "30-day demos", and can be used to update your currently licensed software.  We will, however charge a modest fee for transferring your licensed software from one PC to another.
